  • New Program For Next Week!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this last week i have been eating pretty healthily but i dont think i have really done very well with weight loss at all, and i think due to frustration i binged today and i feel awful.
    I have decided to write myself a low cal, low carb eating program for next week (with every cal calculated) and try to shift some of these pounds!!! I dont want to starve myself... but i want to keep my calorie intake well under 1000 to start of with and see how i do.

    200ml juice (102cal)
    1 fig activia yougart (121 cals)
    black coffee (5cals)

    4 wholegrain rice cakes ( 110 cal)
    25g almonds (153cal)
    fruit

    130g chicken breast (133cals) or fish
    with salad or veg

    120 celery (17 cals)
    2 cups cos lettuce (20 cal)

    eeeeuuugh

    i just totally had the worst binge ever.

    i really thought i was going to purge after but didnt as i really dont want to enter into that cycle. i feel awful now tho.

    i ate...

    onion rings, 2 veggi burgers, breaded mushrooms, 2 cans of coke, mayo, 2 bits of cake handful of nuts, wedges.

    i feel disgusting!! what a knob i am!

    yuck

    i wont do it again

    just a quick update... GOT to go to sleep!
